Governing Law

Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms of use or breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in New York City, New York in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect irrespective of the place(s) of domicile or any of the parties, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
